Based in the historic Cathedral City of Salisbury, Charter 1227 Catering is an independent family-run business led by award-winning Executive Head Chef Danny Bozic. Having run The Barford Inn for 3 years then subsequently the highly acclaimed and hugely popular Charter 1227 Restaurant for 12 years overlooking Salisbury's Market Square, and having built an excellent reputation for delivering fantastic outside catering, Danny sold the restaurant in 2019, to focus on and expand the wedding catering.
Danny leads a dedicated professional team, who together provide a friendly and efficient service. Danny says "our team is our best asset, our chefs and front of house staff are outstanding, and many have worked with us for a long time. We know that getting the menu right is an important consideration for brides and grooms when planning their big day, and our ethos is to provide a modern vibrant menu tailored to meet your individual requirements."
At Charter 1227 Catering, we believe the food should be designed to fit in with the venue and style of the wedding. Rather than providing formal set menus, we prefer to work with you to achieve a bespoke menu to suit your big day. After all, each wedding is special and unique to every couple.
