Sitting on my kitchen windowsill is a tiny clay vase of tulips little more than an inch high. You might wonder what this has to do with your wedding photography…
This tiny vase of flowers was lovingly moulded out of clay by my son at 8-years-old whilst we were holidaying in upstate New York as a family.
That same son is now all grown up, but every time I look at my vase I am reminded of tiny chubby hands and a glorious holiday with my boys and my mum.
You see, the power of an image to retell a story can never be overvalued.
At Kismet, we don’t just take photographs, we’re storytellers; we create images that tell the story of your wedding day in all its emotional glory.
A picture really can tell a thousand words, and your pictures should transport you back to your wedding day, to evoke the memories, the sounds, and the little details – just like my tiny vase of tulips on the windowsill.
