MORNING ONLY COORDINATION
WHO'S IT FOR & WHAT'S INCLUDED
If you’d like my support just in the lead-up to your ceremony and not all day, I offer morning-only coordination to make sure everything starts smoothly. Tell me what support you need and I'll sort it - here are just some of the ways in which I can help :
decorating your venue and arranging details exactly as planned
meeting and greeting suppliers and guests as they arrive
running any last-minute errands, eg. collecting flowers, or picking up any essentials
setting up welcome drinks and refreshments for your guests
ensuring the ceremony space is ready and organised
coordinating the bridal party, ushers, and any helpers so everyone knows their roles
checking that music, lighting, and technical elements are ready
handling any unexpected issues so you can relax
Essentially, I’ll be there to handle all the little (and not-so-little) tasks in the morning, so your day gets off to a perfect start. This service typically includes up to 5 hours' support on the wedding day, with me stepping in one month before to provide guidance and assistance in the lead-up to your big day.
This service is exclusively available to couples getting married within 20 miles of Salisbury and starts from £795

THREE MONTHS BEFORE
We will meet in person at your wedding venue to chat over your plans, suppliers, and confirm all the details you've arranged so far.
ONE MONTH BEFORE
I’ll be fully on hand to provide guidance, advice, and support in the final few weeks leading up to your big day. Where needed, I’ll also introduce myself to your suppliers. During the last month before your wedding, you’ll have unlimited access to me — I’ll be ready to answer any questions and give you all the reassurance you need. You can reach me by email, phone, or WhatsApp — whichever works best for you!
ONE WEEK TO GO
I’ll do a final quick check-in one week before your wedding to make sure everything is on track and handle any last-minute changes.

If you haven’t booked all your suppliers yet, I’d be happy to recommend some of my trusted and reliable contacts.

I'm based in Salisbury, so there are no travel expenses.
