Planning your big day is a big deal and whilst it’s super exciting it can also feel a little overwhelming - there’s a lot to do! So, you’ve booked your suppliers - you’ve ordered everything you need - now what?

When your big day finally arrives, all those superb suppliers you’ve booked and all those fabulous things you’ve bought or hired, all need to be brought together somehow, to make your dream day a reality.  Not forgettting you also need to get married! 

You might be starting to wonder how you can possibly tie the knot, manage everything on the day and make sure everything goes smoothly. 

The truth is, you can't. Not without a little helping hand.

Friends and family may kindly offer to help, but do you really want your loved ones to be "working" your wedding?  You want them to enjoy your day, you want to enjoy it with them and they want to enjoy it too!

Equally, you don’t want unnecessary stress on the morning of your wedding chasing after suppliers, rushing around doing last-minute jobs or dealing with any last-minute details, or dare I say it - even problems!

ON-THE-DAY wedding management

As you can see, 'on-the-day' management is not limited to just one day - oh no, it is wayyyyy more than that! I'm SUPER excited to help you guys and I'll be there to support you from up to 6 weeks before your big day! It's the final countdown and I'm here for it! 

Initial Consultation
We will meet six weeks before your wedding (usually at your chosen venue) to discuss your plans, your suppliers and confirm all the details thus far.

3 weeks to go
We will catch up again before your wedding to discuss and finalise all confirmed details.

1 week to go
We will have a final quick catch-up 1 week before your wedding to check everything is OK and discuss any last-minute changes to your plans.

On the Day
Whoop! Whoop! Let's get you wed!!! I'll be there ready and raring to go, from 3 hours before your ceremony until just after your first dance (no way am I missing that!) I'll work my magic to make sure nothing gets forgotten and that everything runs to time. Leave everything to me - I've got this! 

Wedding Day Schedule
With your help, I will create a timeline of your day and I will share this with you, your venue and all your suppliers.

Supplier Suggestions
I will happily share my fave trusted and reliable wedding suppliers with you, if there are things you still need to book and you'd like some help. 

Supplier Liaison
I will contact all your booked suppliers to introduce myself and check everything is running smoothly and to plan. 

Venue Liaison
I will visit your venue and familiarise myself with the layout/space/rooms/staff etc.

I will highlight any potential problems and make any recommendations ahead of the day.

Unlimited contact via email or phone.

Meetings will be online or on the phone, with the exception of the first meeting, which will be in-person at your chosen venue 6 weeks before.

£65 per hour (on a PAYG basis - choose to facetime, chat on the phone, or let's connect via zoom). Minimum one hour call - book as many calls as you'd like. 

Hey, i'm catherine

Weddings & Events is most definitely my thing! My love for organising goes back to my University days in Exeter, when alongside my studies I kept myself busy creating and organising all sorts of social events for my year group.  It's nearly 20 years since I graduated (time flies when you're having fun, right), and for the last 17 I have been a professional Event Organiser.  I know my stuff, so you can rest assured that your big day is well and truly in the safest hands!

My vast and varied experience includes organising prestigious Business Exhibitions, Awards Dinners, Networking Events and most importantly and perhaps most appropriately I run 'Love That Wedding!' and I am well-known for organising some of the most prestigious and well-attended wedding shows across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. I also manage and oversee all weddings at a beautiful boutique Country House wedding venue, near Salisbury.

All this makes me the perfect choice for overseeing your special day and making sure that everything goes to plan.  It also means I've got loads of fantastic wedding-supplier friends, so if you are looking for any recommendations I will be more than happy to share them with you - they're awesome! The best in fact.
