Getting married in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset or Somerset (or further afield)? I'm here to provide support, guidance, expert advice and gentle reassurance in the lead up to your wedding, and be the calm and friendly presence you need on your big day that ensures everything runs smoothly and to schedule!

WHO'S IT FOR & WHAT'S INCLUDED

This option is perfect for couples who have booked all their suppliers independently and are now looking for professional support in the final six weeks leading up to — and on — their wedding day.

We’ll begin with an initial 30-minute telephone consultation whenever you're ready to reach out, followed by a venue visit around eight weeks before your wedding. At six weeks before, I’ll fully step in and become the main point of contact for all of your suppliers, bringing every detail together. I’ll flag any potential issues and spot anything that may have been overlooked, so there’s plenty of time to fill any gaps and make adjustments. On the big day, I'll be there for up to 12 hours, to ensure everything runs smoothly and exactly as planned.

You’ve booked your suppliers, got everything you need... and now your big day is here. What happens next? Who's going to pull everything together?

When your big day finally arrives, all those anazing suppliers you've booked and beautiful details you’ve chosen need to all come together to create the dream wedding you've been planning for months. You’re probably starting to wonder how you’ll manage everything on the big day, make sure it all runs smoothly and get married too! You're going to need some help with that. You're going to need me.

Sure, your friends and family may offer to roll their sleeves up and pitch in, but you don't really want them to be "working your wedding", and coming to you with countless questions throughout the day. The last thing you want on your wedding day is to be chasing suppliers, dealing with last-minute tasks, or handling any surprises or problems that pop up, as they inevitably do. Let me take care of all that for you and I guarantee you'll have a totally stress-free day. Pinky promise.

On the Day Coordination is never just limited to "On the Day". It is SO much more than that. There's a lot of info to cover here, so let me try and break it down for you!

IT'S NEVER TOO EARLY TO REACH OUT

Since you're reading this you are obviously starting to think about the extra support you'll need on your big day and that's great! When it comes to wedding planning it pays to be organised. ON THE DAY

Every wedding is beautifully unique, and no two days ever look the same. There’s no way I can squeeze everything I do into a neat list, but this will give you a good feel for how I can support you. If you fill out my enquiry form, I’ll send over my brochure with all the details on what I do and how I can help bring your day together.

On your wedding day, I’ll be at your reception venue making sure everything runs smoothly — usually arriving around three hours before your ceremony and staying until after your first dance (up to 12 hours of support). I’ll make sure the venue looks just right, everyone knows where they need to be, and everything happens as planned, so you can relax and enjoy every moment. No stress — you’re in safe hands.

On the day, I can:

  • meet and greet all of your suppliers and be their main point of contact

  • manage all the behind-the-scenes coordination and keep everyone in sync

  • quietly deal with any hiccups that pop up (no one will ever know!)

  • keep your bridal party and guests on track with timings and locations

  • bring your vision to life and take care of those all-important finishing touches — décor, table and place names, candles, sweets, cake setup, and more

  • help with flowers, bouquets, buttonholes, and other floral details

  • oversee and coordinate your ceremony, including playing music if needed (when your ceremony and reception are at the same venue)

  • hand out confetti

  • oversee your drinks reception to keep everything flowing smoothly

  • act as your ‘MC’, making announcements such as asking guests to take their seats, welcoming you into your wedding breakfast, introducing speeches, and anything else you’d like announced

  • share my emergency wedding kit with you — packed with tissues, wet wipes, plasters, deodorant, safety pins, pens, scissors, spare phone chargers, stain pens, mints, a first aid kit, and lots more

  • help with any other tasks you need on the day


Don't forget ... this is just a snapshot! I do so much more.

Oh, and if you're getting married in a different place to your reception (eg. Church), and think you'll need support at both the ceremony and the reception venues, we can chat about that and how I can cover both areas for you.

BEFORE THE DAY

LET'S CHAT

Once you’ve filled out my enquiry form and I’ve sent over my brochure, we will book in an initial 30-minute mini consultation on Zoom. This is a relaxed chat where you can tell me all about your plans for your big day, and I’ll ask a few key questions to understand what kind of support you’re looking for. It’s also a great chance for us to get to know each other and see if I'm the right fit.

BOOKING ME

Initial chat done and now you'd like to book me? That's great! I’ll send you a link to my online booking form to complete and return, along with my contract and terms. Once the booking form is completed, I’ll send over your deposit invoice. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date, and once that’s paid, your booking is confirmed, the date is in the diary… and the fun can officially begin!

8 WEEKS BEFORE : VENUE VISIT

I’ll meet you in person at your chosen venue about eight weeks before your wedding (or asap if we don't have that long). We’ll go through your plans, chat about your suppliers, and confirm all the details you’ve arranged so far, making sure everything is coming together nicely.

SIX WEEKS TO GO : LET'S DO THIS

I'll start to contact your suppliers, introduce myself and get to work on creating a detailed timeline of your wedding day. From this point on you'll enjoy unlimited contact with me. I’ll be on hand to answer all your questions and offer plenty of reassurance whenever you need it — whether that’s by email, phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp. Whatever works best for you!

ONE MONTH TO GO : NOT LONG NOW

We'll have another catch-up (usually on Zoom) to finalise and confirm all details for your big day. I’ll share your wedding timeline with you, your venue, and your suppliers. I’ll also put together a handy document containing all your key suppliers and their contact details, so everyone knows who's who and what they're all doing.

ONE WEEK TO GO : THE COUNTDOWN IS ON

We will have a final quick catch up one week before your wedding to ensure everything is on track and address any last-minute changes or adjustments.

Catherine is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend enough, having her to coordinate your day. She made sure we had considered everything we needed - things I would never have thought of! We didn't need to worry about a thing- we could relax and enjoy our day!

MEETINGS

All meetings, except the venue visit will take place on Zoom.

TRAVEL

Travel expenses are included for all weddings taking place within a 30 mile radius of Salisbury. For weddings further afield, I'll be happy to provide a bespoke quote for you to include additional travel and accommodation, where necessary.
