INITIAL CONSULTATION (6 MONTHS TO GO)

We can chat on the phone, over Zoom, or meet in person to talk through the progress you’ve made so far, along with your plans and ideas for the rest of your wedding. You can share what you’ve already organised and what still needs to be done.

Depending on where you are in the planning process, I usually recommend meeting around 4–6 months before your wedding day if possible. However, if we don’t have that much time, that’s absolutely fine — we’ll simply work a little faster to bring everything together.

After our initial consultation, we’ll have a one-hour catch-up call each month between 3 and 6 months before your wedding. Once you reach the three-month mark, you’ll have my full support as we move closer to your big day.

UNLIMITED CONTACT (3 MONTHS TO GO)

You’ll have unlimited contact with me during the final three months leading up to your wedding, whether that’s via Zoom, phone, email, or WhatsApp. I’ll also meet with you at your chosen venue once (or possibly twice) to go through the plans, logistics, and final details.

And of course, I’ll be there on the day itself to make sure everything runs smoothly and exactly as planned.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

SUPPLIER RECOMMENDATIONS & LIAISON

If you still need to book any suppliers, I’ll be happy to recommend some of my trusted and reliable contacts, or research new suppliers for you if I don’t already have what you need in my trusty Little White Book. I’ll also reach out to all of your booked suppliers to introduce myself and make sure everything is on track and running smoothly. In the final three months before your big day, I’ll act as their main point of contact so you can relax and enjoy the lead-up to your wedding.

VENUE LIAISON

I’ll visit your venue to get familiar with the layout, rooms, staff, and any other important details. I’ll also be the venue’s main point of contact in the lead-up to your wedding and on the day itself. If you’re planning a DIY or marquee wedding, I’ll simply need to visit the location where the venue will be set up.

WEDDING DAY ADMIN

I’ll take care of all your On the Day wedding admin for you. This includes creating a detailed timeline/order of the day, compiling a list of all suppliers’ contact details and key people, and keeping track of everyone’s menu choices and dietary requirements — which I’ll have already shared with your caterer in advance. I’ll also make sure every supplier receives a copy of the schedule so everyone knows exactly what’s happening.

GUEST MANAGEMENT

I’ll manage your RSVPs and dietary requirements for you, and put together a detailed list along with a table/seating plan to share with your caterers.

TIMINGS

Struggling with the schedule? Don’t worry — I know exactly how much time each part of your big day will need and can guide you accordingly. Getting the timings right early on is absolutely crucial, and I’ll make sure everything flows smoothly.

RECOMMENDATIONS

I’ll spot any potential issues and offer suggestions to make sure everything runs seamlessly on your big day.

FLOORPLAN

I'll design your floor plan, if needed.

WEDDING WEBSITE

I’ll create a private page on my website just for you. It will include all the useful information your guests need, such as your wedding date, timings, location details, maps, links to accommodation and taxis, gift information, a rough schedule for the day, and a link to your wedding gallery after the wedding. This page will stay live on my site for up to three months following your big day.

TRAVEL

Travel expenses are included for all weddings within a 50-mile radius of Salisbury. For weddings further afield, I’m happy to provide a bespoke quote to cover any additional travel and accommodation costs, if needed.
