Our price guide is based on the support of one coordinator. It may sometimes be necessary to have additional coordinators, eg. where venues only allow access on the day to set up; if two different venues need to be covered; if the overall workload requires it; if your guest numbers exceed 110. We will advise if an additional coordinator is needed and the cost, once we have a better understanding of your plans and requirements.
FULL PLANNING
from £4995 (includes all day coordination)
We specialise in planning and delivering beautifully intimate boutique weddings, for couples who want to celebrate and share their special day with around 50 of their favourite people! You'll need our help to source your dream venue and all your superb suppliers.
We'll kick things off with a relaxed consultation (usually 6–12 months before the big day), and from there, we're all in—helping you shape your ideas and turn them into something truly special.
Planning something a little more last-minute? No stress—we’re pros at making magic happen on a tight timeline. We've planned some beautiful weddings in under 6 months, so whether you're short on time or just ready to dive straight in, we’ve got you covered!
PARTIAL PLANNING
from £3495 (includes all day coordination)
This one’s for couples who’ve already got the ball rolling—venue booked, maybe your caterer and a few other bits sorted.
We’ll start with a laid-back consultation around 6 months before your wedding (or whenever you're ready), and then fully jump in around the 3-month mark to help pull everything together. You’ll get full coordination, loads of support, and two of us on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly—so you can just relax and enjoy every second.
MORNING OF & CEREMONY-ONLY COORDINATION

Salisbury area only - reception not included
*depending on our availability, we may also be able to offer this service on Friday-Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday weddings, but we can only advise whether we're free and can help, one month before your wedding.
AD-HOC HELP
£95 per hour
Planning everything yourselves but feeling a little overwhelmed? We’ve got your back.
This option is perfect for couples who are doing most of the planning solo but could use a bit of support now and then—someone to bounce ideas off, offer advice, or simply help steer things back on track when it all feels a bit too much. Anyone can book a chat with us. Whether you’re stuck on a tricky decision, need help finding suppliers, want advice on timings, or just need a second opinion on your table plan—we’re here whenever you need us.

We can create a personalised page for you on the Love That Wedding website — your own little wedding hub!
It will include all the key details your guests need: venue info, timings, RSVPs, accommodation and transport links, a photo gallery, gift list details, order of the day… and anything else you'd like to add. Your page will be hidden from public view and can be password protected too—so it’s private, secure, and super easy to share with your guests.
